Rapport facilitate Grundfos OneGB@60 landmark celebration

To celebrate 60 years of success in the UK, Grundfos hosted its prestigious OneGB@60 event at the Waldorf Hotel in London, welcoming employees, key accounts, and directors from the head office in Denmark. Rapport was entrusted with bringing the milestone celebration to life, managing every element from concept through to delivery & installation. This included designing and producing everything from tiny details like menus, to huge impacts like the design and build of the exhibition stands and displays. Every detail was carefully considered to create a seamless, branded experience that reflects Grundfos’ values of innovation, sustainability, and community.

The Project

Rapport’s role was to translate Grundfos’ vision into a memorable, immersive event experience. Our team worked collaboratively to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, balancing corporate professionalism with engaging, interactive elements that would resonate with attendees. We designed and delivered striking event branding that set the tone from the moment guests arrived, including impactful pull-up banners and exhibition stands that communicated Grundfos’ story and ambitions. Alongside this, we produced a full suite of event collateral, from invitations and menus to raffle tickets, luggage tags, labels, and speaker cards, ensuring every printed and digital item was both functional and visually aligned. To elevate the guest experience further, Rapport built and installed interactive activations such as branded displays and game installations, which not only entertained but reinforced Grundfos’ message of innovation and sustainability. Behind the scenes, we also supported the speakers and presentations with custom-designed PowerPoint templates, creating a polished, professional backdrop for keynotes and announcements.

The Outcome

The OneGB@60 event was a resounding success, delivering both impact and meaning for Grundfos and its guests. Attendees were welcomed into a fully branded environment that felt cohesive, celebratory, and memorable, with every element reinforcing Grundfos’ identity and values.
