Grundfos is a global leader in advanced pump solutions and a pioneer in water technology, driven by a strong purpose and a clear set of core values. As part of an initiative to enhance their office environments, Grundfos wanted their reception spaces to clearly communicate who they are, what they stand for, and their commitment to sustainability, people, and innovation. We were commissioned to create impactful reception wall graphics for the Grundfos Leighton Buzzard and Warrington offices, delivering the project from initial concepts and design through to full installation.

The Project
The brief was to transform the reception areas into welcoming, engaging spaces that visually represent the Grundfos Purpose and Key Values, while remaining consistent with the brand’s global identity. The designs needed to create an immediate impact, communicate important brand messages clearly, and work harmoniously within the architecture of each space.
Working closely with the Grundfos team, we developed bespoke wall graphic concepts that combined striking landscape imagery with clear, accessible messaging. The designs reflect Grundfos’ commitment to sustainability and their connection to the natural world, while carefully considered layouts, typography, and brand colours ensure the values are easy to understand and visually engaging. Particular attention was given to how the graphics would flow across curved reception walls, ensuring a seamless and high-quality finish.
Once the concepts were approved, we progressed into detailed artwork production, optimising every element for large-format print. Our team then managed the full installation process at both locations, delivering the project efficiently and with minimal disruption to the working environment.
The Outcome
The completed reception wall graphics now provide a strong and memorable first impression for both visitors and employees. The redesigned spaces clearly communicate Grundfos’ purpose and values, reinforcing the company’s identity as soon as you enter the building.
The installations have elevated the overall look and feel of both reception areas, bringing the Grundfos brand to life in a way that feels authentic, inspiring, and informative. By combining impactful visuals with meaningful messaging, the spaces now reflect Grundfos’ focus on innovation, sustainability, and people, creating welcoming environments that support both brand storytelling and employee pride.
