The Project
Rapport’s goal was to ensure BMH4x4 entered the market with both impact and credibility. We began by crafting a distinctive brand identity that captured the heritage and quality associated with British Motor Heritage while introducing a modern, forward-looking feel suited to today’s automotive audience.
A key part of the project was the design and development of a fully functional e-commerce website, enabling customers to browse and purchase Land Rover and Range Rover parts with ease. The site was built with SEO optimisation and Google Pay-Per-Click support in mind, ensuring strong visibility from the outset and driving valuable traffic to the store.
Before launch, we developed a “Coming Soon” website to generate excitement and collect early leads. This microsite allowed visitors to register for exclusive launch offers, and through a combination of targeted marketing materials, including social media ads, magazine placements, posters, graphics, and animated content, we successfully attracted many sign-ups ahead of launch.
Following the launch, Rapport continued to provide creative and digital support. We produced post-launch marketing assets, such as social media graphics, posters, and animations, ensuring consistent brand visibility. We also designed and distributed a “Website Now Live” email campaign, offering subscribers an exclusive discount, further encouraging engagement and sales during the crucial early phase.
The Outcome
The launch of BMH4x4.com was a major success, achieving strong engagement and immediate traction within its target audience. The pre-launch campaign proved highly effective, creating a solid customer base from day one. The seamless transition from the “Coming Soon” microsite to the live e-commerce platform maintained customer momentum and delivered a smooth, user-focused experience.
The new website not only reflected the craftsmanship and reliability associated with British Motor Heritage but also gave BMH4x4 a powerful digital foundation for future growth. With a clear brand identity, robust online store, and ongoing marketing support, BMH4x4 successfully positioned itself as a credible and competitive player in the Land Rover and Range Rover aftermarket. Rapport’s holistic approach, from strategy and design to marketing and execution, ensured a cohesive and high-impact launch that continues to drive results.
